1. Basic Support
- SLA: Response within 2 business days
- Annual Pricing:
- 4-8 Cameras: $75/year
- 9-16 Cameras: $150/year
- 17-32 Cameras: $200/year
- 33-64 Cameras: $400/year
- 65-128 Cameras: $600/year
- 128+ Cameras: Contact us for pricing
- Includes:
- Annual OS and Bluecherry updates
- 3 support requests (up to 6 hours of support)
- Additional support: $75/hour
2. Enterprise Support
- SLA: Response within 8 hours
- Annual Pricing:
- 4-8 Cameras: $250/year
- 9-16 Cameras: $350/year
- 17-32 Cameras: $500/year
- 33-64 Cameras: $750/year
- 65-128 Cameras: $1,000/year
- 128+ Cameras: Contact us for pricing
- Includes:
- Annual OS and Bluecherry updates
- 3 support requests (up to 6 hours of support)
- Priority support with guaranteed 8-hour resolution or workaround
- Additional support: $75/hour
Additional Options
- Extra Support Packs:
- 5 support requests (10 hours): $375
- 10 support requests (20 hours): $700

Our support is available via the following channels:
- Ticket system
- Live chat
- Remote assistance (reverse SSH)

What is Not Supported
While our support plans are comprehensive, the following are not included:
- Hardware Failures or Repairs: Troubleshooting or replacing defective hardware.
- Custom Software Development: Requests for custom features or modifications.
- Third-Party Software or Hardware: Assistance with non-Bluecherry software or hardware.
- On-Site Support: All support is provided remotely.
- Non-Contract Work: For clients without a support contract, support is billed at $100/hour, and updates are charged separately ($200/server).
